Allan Leinwand is the Chief Engineering Officer at Cloudflare, leading the company's engineering teams. Before joining Cloudflare, he previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Webflow, Shopify, and ServiceNow. Prior to Shopify, Leinwand was SVP of Engineering at Slack from pre-IPO, helping transform the way work gets done for hundreds of thousands of companies and tens of millions of users. He has also co-founded and held senior leadership positions at multiple companies and spent seven years as a venture capital investor.

Leinwand has served as an adjunct professor at the University of California, Berkeley, co-authored Cisco Router Configuration and Network Management: A Practical Perspective, and holds a patent in the field of data routing. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Charles Phillips is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Recognize, a technology investment and operating firm focused on software engineering services with over $3 billion in assets. He previously served as CEO and Chairman of Infor, an enterprise software company that achieved a $13 billion exit in 2020.

Prior to Infor, Phillips was President of Oracle Corporation following his tenure as a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Group. Earlier in his career, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Phillips serves on the boards of American Express, Bloomberg LP, and the Council on Foreign Relations, and is Chairman of the Apollo Theater. He previously served on President Obama’s Economic Recovery Board and the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Oracle, and Morgan Stanley. Phillips holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a J.D. from New York Law School, an MBA from Hampton University, and is a member of the Georgia State Bar Association.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate law and business, Dawanna Williams is the founder and Managing Principal of Dabar Development Partners, a full-service real estate development and investment firm focused on preserving, renovating and constructing architecturally significant properties.

Under her leadership, Dabar has delivered new construction projects in New York City, Philadelphia and Atlanta, and has developed over 6,000 units representing more than $2 billion in total costs, including its current pipeline. Williams’ work has earned recognition from organizations such as New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Economic Development Corporation.

Before founding Dabar, Williams spent a decade practicing commercial real estate law, including at Sidley Austin LLP, advising developers, lenders and investors on complex transactions exceeding $10 billion in value. She serves on the boards of the Apollo Theater, the Trust for Cultural Resources, and holds degrees from Smith College, Harvard Kennedy School, and the University of Maryland School of Law.

Frank Martell is President and CEO of SmartRent, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership in real estate and a data-driven, digital-first approach. A seasoned leader, he has built a reputation for driving growth, profitability and shareholder value across the residential real estate and technology sectors.

Prior to joining SmartRent, Martell was President and CEO of loanDepot, where he launched the Vision 2025 program to strengthen long-term operational resilience amid changing market conditions. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at CoreLogic, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and CEO, where he helped transform the company into a global leader in property data and analytics and significantly increased its market value.

Martell is a three-time HousingWire Vanguard Award recipient and was named to Inman’s “Power Players” list from 2023 through 2025, as well as receiving its “Best of Finance” honor in 2023 and 2024. He serves on the boards of SmartRent, Operation HOPE, and the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, and holds a BS in Accounting from the Villanova School of Business.

Josh McCarter is a technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling SaaS, eCommerce, and FinTech businesses. He co-founded Booker Software, a vertical SaaS business that was acquired by Mindbody, where he subsequently served as President, CEO, and Board Member. During his tenure, McCarter was part of the executive team that took Mindbody private with Vista Equity Partners and he led the acquisition of ClassPass.

Most recently, McCarter served as CEO of EverPro, the home and field services division of EverCommerce. He has served on more than ten for-profit boards throughout his career, and holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BA from UCLA.

Pamela Thomas-Graham began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she became the first African-American woman to make partner. Throughout her career, Thomas-Graham served as Chief Marketing Officer and on the executive board at Credit Suisse, Group President at Liz Claiborne, and President and CEO of both CNBC Television and CNBC.com. Currently, she serves as Lead Independent Director on the board of the Clorox Company, and is a board member of Bumble, Peloton, Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son, and Norwegian Cruise Lines. She has a BA in Economics from Harvard University, a JD from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert Reffkin is an entrepreneur on a mission to help everyone find their place in the world. He was inspired to enter the world of real estate by his mother, Ruth, a longtime agent who now proudly works at Compass. Robert completed a B.A. and M.B.A. from Columbia University and worked at McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, and as a White House Fellow. He ran 50 marathons in 50 states to raise $1 million dollars for charities — including for America Needs You, the non-profit he founded to serve young people living below the poverty line who are the first in their families to go to college.

Steve Sordello has spent nearly three decades at some of Silicon Valley’s most iconic technology companies, bringing deep expertise in strategy, operations, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate leadership. He served as Chief Financial Officer of LinkedIn for 15 years, where he led the company through its successful IPO, scaled revenue from under $10 million to more than $10 billion, raised critical capital, and completed multiple acquisitions.

Prior to LinkedIn, Sordello was CFO of TiVo and Ask Jeeves, and held senior roles at Adobe Systems and Syntex. He serves as an independent director and audit committee chair at Atlassian and served in the same roles at Cloudera, an independent director at Compass and Grafana Labs, and a trustee and audit committee chair at Santa Clara University. He has an MBA from Santa Clara University.
